It’s National Apprenticeship Week! Mill Creek Machining is honored to have been selected to partner with Spencer High School to provide the “hands on” learning for 2 of their students in the Machine Operation Apprenticeship program. Keep up the great work, Cole, Ethan and Spencer High School!
Day 2 of Apprenticeship Week! Cole Rutter and Ethan Stave are student apprentices at Mill Creek Machining. There, they take what they have learned in classes at SHS, and put that to use on the job, while being mentored by employees at Mill Creek Machining. These students will complete 2000 hours of on the job training, as well as 144+ hours of related instruction at SHS to complete their apprenticeship in machine operation.
