Derek graduated with a degree in the Spring of 2004 from Northwest Iowa Community College. Derek started at Mill Creek Machining as a machine operator to learn all the “ins and outs” before coming into the roll of Sales Manager. This added benefit helps with our customers’ orders to help ensure the proper machine, tooling, and material is being used. Derek has led the sales team in 2007 and has help Mill Creek Machining become what it is today. Derek & Carrie live in Paullina and have one son.
SHIPPING & RECIEVING MANAGER
Tammy started at Mill Creek Machining in 2005 in the shipping and receiving department; while also being trained in the lathes. A few years later Tammy left our team to help with the startup of a family business. Tammy rejoined our team in 2009 part time as Production Coordinator. In 2012 Tammy joined our team full time and is now Production Coordinator and Shipping & Receiving Manager. Tammy is a great asset to our team with her knowledge with the machines to make sure everything gets machined and out the door on time. Tammy & Harly live in Paullina, and have four children.
